TENNIS 1>2>3 is a software package developed specifically for tennis
and racquetball tournaments. T123 also can be used for other racquet sports
as squash, badminton, table tennis, and handball. TENNIS 1>2>3
has been used successfully since 1987 for hundreds of large (regional and
national) and small (club and local) tournaments throughout the United States
and Canada (plus Asia, Africa, and Europe). TENNIS 1>2>3 is by far
the least expensive (FREE) tournament software available, and probably the
one of the best.
The software is menu driven and easy to use. You quickly and easily enter
data by answering simple questions. TENNIS 1>2>3 does everything else
automatically. TENNIS 1>2>3 makes the entire no-conflict draw for all
the events, automatically scheduling all the match times through the finals.
You get: easy-to-read draw sheets for all the events, player check-in rosters,
partner check-in rosters, list of courts used and available, notification
labels, and address labels. TENNIS 1>2>3 does much much more, providing
capabilities and important information heretofore unavailable.
The many useful reports will tell you the names of the players entered in
each event, the seeded players in each event, information about each player
(name, address, events entered, paid or not, etc.), and general tournament
data.
The add-on programs allow you to separate players from the same club or area
so they do not play each other in the first round, control when events are
automatically scheduled, accommodate players unable to play at certain times,
enter scores on the draw sheets, create consolation draw sheets, create court
control sheets and labels to better organize your tournament, interface with
your EZDB club database for easiest data entry, keep account of entry fee
payments. Make your next tournament the easiest and best. Start using TENNIS
1>2>3 as soon as possible.

SUMMARY OF ADD-ON PROGRAM USES:
***AUTOMATIC SCHEDULING: T123 automatically schedules all matches through
the finals. The programs NOPLAY, TIMES, LIMIT, AND SPREAD allow you to better
control the scheduling and are the most useful add-on programs.
***CONSOLATION ROUNDS: MATCH2 (primarily for racquetball) and FEEDIN (mostly
for tennis) schedule the loser brackets. FEEDIN can be used for
double-elimination, with the last round scheduled manually.
***DRAW SHEETS: T123 produces nice draw sheets. DRAW32 and SCORE produce
different format draw sheets.
***TOURNAMENT AIDS: CRTLOG, EZSEED, and PAID can be useful.

*** TOUGH TOURNAMENT MADE EASY ***
NATIONAL RACQUETBALL magazine (June 1989, page 31) had high praise for
the tournament at the Manchester (NH) Court Club: "Despite the awesome task
of scheduling such a large number of matches at 45 minute intervals, the
tourney was right on schedule...A sincere round of compliments is deserved
by all those involved..." TENNIS 1>2>3 tournament software was used
to schedule 438 matches on 448 court times during the 2 1/2-day weekend
tournament. The scheduling constraints included: no conflicts, no consecutive
match times, times certain players could not play, and times certain events
should be scheduled. As the article stated, it was an "awesome task of
scheduling", but TENNIS 1>2>3 automatically made an excellent tournament
schedule and complete draw sheets.
